What happens here

We recently moved to our new head office on Balloon Street. We’ve invested in our beautiful, newly refurbished offices so you have the best environment to work, learn, and advance. Still in the heart of Manchester, we’re close to all amenities with great transport links. It’s here you’ll find most of our operations and support functions roles. And with a shiny new staff restaurant and coffee bar on site, it’s a place you can thrive with colleagues.

What happens here

Located right next to the Concourse Shopping Centre, here you’ll find a range of support and fraud operations role, along with further contact centres. There’s parking easily available and a bus station close by, and a restaurant and coffee bar on site too.

What happens here

Just two minutes from Leek town centre, this is where our mortgage arrears call centres, savings services, and various other processing areas are situated.

There’s free parking available on site, a bus station close by, and staff restaurant and coffee bar to enjoy too. While Leek doesn’t have its own train station, you can get to us from either Macclesfield or Stoke-on-Trent stations.

Which is why you’re ready to use your knowledge and experience to become an essential part of our multi-million-pound transformation. But don’t feel overwhelmed - we’ll provide you with the training to take on any Service challenge. What we’re really looking for is someone who has the impetus to constantly improve.
