I'm Mercedes Benson, a multi-hyphenate creative, DJ, and founder on a mission to help women build bold, fulfilling careers rooted in clarity, purpose, and intention.

Mercedes Benson is a London-based DJ, cultural curator, and the visionary behind SocialFIXT, a platform dedicated to connecting diverse, underrepresented talent to career-changing opportunities in the creative industries. With a rich background in influencer marketing, digital strategy, and community building, she has led impactful collaborations with global giants such as adidas, YouTube Music, Puma, Google, Complex Media, and Chivas Regal.

Blending her deep love for music with a sharp cultural lens, Mercedes has become known for crafting campaigns that resonate on a human level. Whether she’s djing at global events or shaping strategies behind the scenes, her work consistently centres on representation, access, and authenticity.

Through SocialFIXT, Mercedes has unlocked pathways for thousands of creatives, championing equity and systemic change across industries.

Now, building on this legacy, she has launched Powered by Purpose, a new community platform for women, designed to go even deeper. Rooted in personal growth, intentional living, and faith, Powered by Purpose is a space where passion meets calling. It’s about helping people not just find careers but create lives that align with who they truly are.
